Warm Up
30 secs of
- jogging in place
- butt kicks
- skaters
- fast feet
Stretches
Then 45 seconds of each activity followed by 15 seconds butt kick, active recovery.
- Jump squats with 180 degree turn. Squat deep.
- Push Ups. Modify to on knees if needed.
- Crunches, reaching to the outside of the opposite calf.
- High Knees.
- Mountain Climbers.
- Power Jacks. Jumping Jacks with a deep squat when the feet are wide.
Drain Your Drink Bottle
Cool Down
30 seconds of each.
- Jogging in place

- Skaters
